#23 How emotion can influence your buying decisions with Simon Cohen (Cohen Handler)

The infamous Simon Cohen from Cohen Handler sits down with Domenic Nesci from Wealthi to provide hints and tips for buyers coming into the market when dealing with agents and how to behave at actions.   

In 2009, Simon co founded Cohen Handler, which today has become the largest Property Buyers Agency in Australia with offices in Australia and other countries. Simon is the managing director and is the highest grossing buyer's agent in the country due to his strong passion and knowledge for property.

In the podcast, they discuss the importance of understanding what is going on in your market place and the ability to be able to compare trends, know why some properties are selling over others and how to understand what is most attractive.
